A POEM A DAY 64

A POEM A DAY 64

February 24, 2021

LULLABY

I have not heard
My love's voice
In two days
Maybe three
His voice is low
And deep
It flutters like the reed
Of a baritone
Saxophone
When he speaks
It reverberates in my chest
From north to south
And east to west
It is as soothing as Brahms Lullaby
