YESTERDAY’S MISFORTUNE COOKIE

Yesterday, I had a fortune cookie
And the words I read
Got it wrong
Cause this is what it said:
"Behind this fortune
Is the love of your life"
So, I looked behind the fortune
And my heart swelled with strife
Because in my line of sight
There was only you
My joy turned to melancholy
And my yellows turned to blue
