A POEM A DAY 188

SEA HAVEN

In depths where sunbeams gently play,
A fish finds solace in the sway,
Of sea anemone's gentle dance,
A haven found in its expanse.
Amongst the tendrils, safe and still,
A silent guardian, a secret thrill,
In hues of coral, vibrant and bright,
The fish finds refuge from the light.
With cautious grace, it darts and weaves,
Amongst the shadows, where safety cleaves,
To every curve and every bend,
A sanctuary until the end.
For in the arms of anemone,
The fish finds peace, and feels free,
A symbiotic bond, so serene,
In the depths of the ocean, unseen.
